  • Large-scaled Sacred works written for vocal soloists, choir, and full symphonic or chamber orchestra. Psalm 119 and Saint Matthew Passion are the hallmarks of my work as a composer, bringing together the full range of my musical languages.
  • Symphony and chamber orchestra compositions incorporating multicultural experimentalism
  • Negro Spirituals and Black Lives Matter-related compositions. Black composers of previous generations continuously enlarged the extraordinary body of Negro Spirituals with arrangements for solo voice and symphony orchestra, choral and chamber music configurations. I want to honor their leadership by humbly adding to the canon and advancing the timeless relevance of Negro Spirituals.
